The team
Process understanding, AI engineering and software engineering from a single source.
effective AI is led by Patrick Hennig and Philipp Berger, both software engineers, tech entrepreneurs and graduates of the Hasso Plattner Institute. Together with a core team of around ten software and AI engineers from the neXenio and LUCA teams, we combine process understanding, AI engineering and software engineering.
Experience
Since 2015, we have been building software that must not fail.
Patrick Hennig and Philipp Berger studied at the Hasso Plattner Institute and founded neXenio in Berlin in 2015. There they still develop AI, identity and encrypted data infrastructure for European institutions. effective AI is the next step: the same engineering experience, applied to the controlled AI transformation of companies.

LUCA: software under maximum scrutiny
During the pandemic, we built the technology behind LUCA: used in several German states, connected to public health offices, used by more than 40 million people. Hardly any software has been examined so intensively by security experts and data protection authorities. We treat your company data with the same care.
