2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and delivered via its content delivery network. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is processed automatically: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system.

The purpose is to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the error-free and secure operation of the website. Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Transfers to third countries

Our service providers may also process data outside the EU, in particular in the USA. Transfers are based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, for example the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

4. Contact form

If you contact us via the contact form (free assessment), we process the information you provide: name, business email address, company and – if provided – your description of where it hurts most. We use this information solely to handle your request and to contact you about it.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future by email. The information is stored in a database at Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992; the database server is located in the EU (Ireland). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Supabase in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. We delete the data once your request has been fully handled and no contract has been concluded, at the latest 24 months after the last contact; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. No automated emails are currently sent.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your information to handle your enquiry in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR and delete it in line with the rules in section 4.

6. Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or any other font provider.

7. SSL/TLS encryption

All data is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). 9. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

10. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

11. Changes

We will update this privacy policy whenever the website or the legal situation changes.
